These make that easy and even drinking 2 or 3 of these daily, I suffer no negative effects. There are times when you sweat a lot due to a hard workouts or being outside in the heat and on those days you loose more sodium and should use another higher sodium containing brand (and I do). But for every day hydration these are the BEST! I love the flavor too! No need to add a sweetener to make these more palitable because it is already lightly sweetened with stevia. No weird aftertaste; just pure refreshment!

Great For Everyday Hydration Replenishment

I ordered product in a plastic pouch and got one in a paper box. It's the same product but at different prices. Plastic pouch is more expensive. Why was I sent the cheaper one? Its just the principle for me. Called and got a refund

Missing Product
I received the package with EIGHTEEN sachets inside. For the price of this item, being robbed 2 units is just wrong and ridiculous. Really unhappy and will not buy again..

Great product which is worth the cost
I primarily use this to help with dry mouth. It’s very effective, I like the flavor and it doesn’t leave an aftertaste. The powder takes a while to dissolve, but I fix that by shaking my water bottle. I have tried other brands because this is a bit pricey, but nothing else compares well.
