Applied on steel bar for rust protection very ugly hazy finish with air bubbles. Will not give you a clear coat look

I’ve used Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch 2X Ultra Cover for multiple projects, and it’s fantastic! The semi-gloss clear finish adds a nice soft shine without being too glossy.
