I like to use bands like this one while swimming, snorkling, hiking etc. All the sweat, sunscreen, sea water etc. I don't like to repeatedly impose on finer bands. It is easy to insert the watch, and it stays put, and offers great shock protection. While the high ridge around the screen offers protection, it is not a screen protector.As well, it is easy to remove the watch, which I like to do in order to thoroughly rinse the salt water and sunscreen from both the watch and the inner part of the band that makes contact with it. The band is pliable, and easy to put on and comfortable to wear. The black color is attractive. I have no complaints.

This is an outstanding general purpose watch band. Looks “tough” without being obnoxious. This is my second purchase, so I feel I can speak to its durability. The first one lasted me three years of almost daily wear and was exposed to everything from car repairs to dog baths, long hikes with fishing trips, camping, home repairs, the occasional cannon-ball and many nights sipping whiskey over cards. It’s protected my watch flawlessly and looked good doing it. Weekly-ish care routine was a quick scrub and wipe down with dish soap. It definitely punches above its price point

I bought this band the first time back in April 2023. It is very durable and has protected my Apple Watch perfectly since then. The material is comfortable on the skin, and it looks good too. Just this week the band started to crack a bit at the edge where I normally insert the prong into the band, so I figured it was time for a new one. You can find them in a variety of colors, but I still prefer the black, as it goes with anything. To make it even better, it was actually cheaper for me this time around. This is a purchase that should live up to your expectations, as it did mine.

It’s a great overall watch protector. My only complaint is that the watch did not include a screen protector as I initially thought it would come included with the watch to prevent scratches as advertised on the product description. I still think the design is brilliant and think the watch holds to its standard. Not too big and not too small, just right.In conclusion, I’d rate the product a 4/5 stars because of the absence of the screen protector/ shield and because the watch is very comfortable and does the it’s job at protecting the corners of my watch.

I never write product reviews, but I was very impressed with the quality of this product. My Apple Watch Series 8 45mm snapped right into place and fits perfectly inside this watch case and band. The raised bezel protects the screen and the quality of the band and metal are superior. Gives it a rugged feel like an old Casio G Shock. If I had designed a case and band for this watch from scratch, this is exactly what I would have designed! Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this for my very first Apple Watch and it feels like a regular watch!I normally wear rugged watches like GShock, and bang my wrist everywhere without worry. When I first wore my Apple Watch, I used the fabric band it came with and found myself banging my wrist against walls, and didn't want to scratch or damage my watch. I found this, and I don't have to worry about damaging my watch as much. It offers full protection around the body of the watch, and I bought my own screen protector. I saw some people complaining that it didn't come with a screen protector and were upset to find out when it arrived, but all they have to do is read and find out it doesn't come with any! Not that hard to read...It feels a bit harder than a G-Shock band, but it feels like it will last a long time!

It's a good looking case. It fits comfortably and protects the edges form banging into things. It does what is most important well. It doesn't have a screen cover if that is what you are looking for and the material is a touch "sticky" so there is a small learning curve to sliding the strap into the metal easily.I have two gripes. first, I wear watch on the right wrist so I invert it to have crown on left side which makes it easier to reach it but then the straps, that are permanently fixed to the case, are upside down. A bit more difficult to put on. Second, the case covers the top of the crown dial, so I have to reach under the watch to rotate it. Being able to turn the crown dial from the top would be much better. Oh, and heart rate monitor tweaks out a bit when reading. I sometimes have to try a few times to make it work.It's still a good watch case and worth the money.
