Two tries, both defective
I really wanted to like this fan, but the quality control is non-existent. My first order arrived damaged, so I returned it and ordered a replacement since the materials initially felt decent. The second fan arrived looking fine out of the box, but once it was fitted and turned on, I noticed the inside of the light section is covered in lots of black spots. It looks almost like insect droppings scattered all over the inside, which completely ruins the look when the light or RGB is on. In both cases, the boxes arrived undamaged and were packed really well, meaning these issues must have happened at the factory before shipping. To make matters worse, the fan makes a constant, highly annoying squeaking sound on certain fan speed settings. For the hassle of installing it twice, it is absolutely not worth it. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

Half the colour on the light don't work and to just get it replaced is hard work having only the option to go through amazon then all you get is a computer giving you the only option to get a refund instead of replacing the product

absolutely horrific. all fitted correctly working, lights are good but if you wanna listen to a squeaky door constantly when the fans on you’ll be ok, otherwise don’t bother ordering.
