You cannot access your old Q-see cameras on the new APP due to differences in servers and technological protocols. Please continue to use the relevant old Q-see app. **Q: Is the new Qsee products compatible with previous old Q-see models?** A: Due to ONVlF protocol issues, we currently know of old Q-see models that DO NOT match our new Qsee products. **Q: No video output on the monitor/TV ?** A: Please try the following solutions: 1. TV/Monitor resolution should be match with NVR, at least 1080p or above; 2. Make sure your NVR is powered on; 3.
