Printing Calculator, 1208-2 Compact and Reliable Adding Machine with 12 Digit LCD Display, Battery or AC Powered, Includes Adapter,White

I just received this little printing calculator today. I like its size and weight. It has all the functions and features that I need. The printing speed are accurate. I feel it is a good value for the money and am happy with my purchase. It has the option to use batteries (4-AA size) but since I use it at my desk, I can just as easily plug it into the outlet when I want to use it. I had a minute figuring out how to insert the printer paper (it comes with a little roll, so I actually bought printer paper separately) but to save you trouble, there is a little slot to insert the paper into then just press the feeder button and it will advance. The instructions are simple and clear.

This Victor printer works well, has two color printing, AC and battery power available and as a smaller footprint than my old Sharp. The only thing is don't like is having to press to "cost key" to print the total, but for the price I learn.

this calculator does exactly as expected, easy to use and prints clearly. I gave it for stars because it stopped working via battery only. Using a battry method was important to me. I tried contacting the company, but never got a response. I use it for personal use, but if needd for other work it would be an inconvenience.

Very happy with purchase

this is ridiculous. I've used this thing for about 4 months, perhaps 3-4 times a day. After the first 2-3 months, using the "print" function, it wouldn't do anything except print 0+ and the letter "C" , and it would not stop until you shut it off. It was as if it was haunted!! You could still use the "on" function without the tape, which was certainly not the best thing, but now even that doesn't work. It just died. (No, it doesn't need new batteries.) would love to send a video, but there are no moving parts- still photo (VERY still) attached :-(

I am very excited about my new Victor 1208-2 calculator! After 35 wonderful years, my beloved Canon P106-D finally stopped printing (though the display still worked). I didn’t realize how much I would miss having the printout — but this Victor model is an even better replacement! It’s more compact, saving valuable desk space, and although the keypad is smaller, it is still easy to use. It’s also quieter than my old Canon, which is a nice bonus. The two-color black-and-red tape is also great to still have, but the real game-changer is the battery option. I didn’t expect to love it as much as I do, but it’s incredibly convenient. And of course, I can still plug it in if I want. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
