I have been using this for more than a year. I discovered it by asking my nail technician what she does (beautiful skin at 50+ years.) She recommended this product. I am 56 years old and it works. Slightly sweet, but when added to 12 oz of water, its a refreshing slightly fruity water. Helps me get my daily water intake, too.
