Question for seller only: Philips has indeed discontinued the manufacturing of these masks. Who is the manufacturer of these gel masks?

As far as I know, the exact model is Phillips but you can always find another mask by a different manufacturer that makes one similar. Resmed makes a similar style mask, for example. You don't have to use the same mask brand as your cpap machine.

I really don't know. But their the best mask I've ever worn.

I keep reading about how irritating it is to the nose. Can you use Vaseline or something like that and does it keep the seal?

Yes, customers can use CPAP Moisture Therapy Cream or RoEzIt® Dermal Care. Also, be sure to check that the pillows are the correct size and not inserted too far up your nose. If it continues incorporate heated tubing or a humidifier the air could be too dry.

why can't i use my HSA card to purchase this?

An HSA card can be used to purchase this medical device. I don't know your particular procedure/attempt to use you HSA to buy this mask, and that is probably a major factor as to why you're having trouble. Try contacting Amazon and ask them. Another option is to go with an online reseller of CPAP products, as they do take HSA cards/accounts to pay for these medical devices.
