Small 8" Wall Clock (Bronze)

I bought this clock about 14 months ago. Last week, I took it down from the wall in order to set the hour ahead for DST. To my amazement, the clock was only off by about 10 seconds. This is amazing accuracy for a movement that is not thermocompensated. The clock is placed in the small space between a large window and the ceiling. The house averages 68F, but the clock is by no means in a sheltered position. It receives both winter chill and summer Sun.I am an horology nerd. I wear the most accurate watch in the world -- one that is rated to +-5 seconds per year. I have no patience for inaccurate clocks. Maybe the movement of my clock is better than the one you'll receive; maybe not. All I know is that this is the most accurate wall clock I've ever purchased.As to form, the satin nickel finish is perfectly fine, nothing fancy. The uncluttered dial is exceptionally easy to read even from distance and in low light conditions. The ticking is noticeable but by no means loud. Someone who wants a silent clock should not buy this one.This is the best value I've ever received from a battery-powered wall clock.

for my bath room. I looked at almost every site that carries clocks and kept coming back to this little Bjerg clock. I really wanted a cute fish or something like that - bathroomy...but they were so expensive, and it's only a bathroom. This clock looks so good with all my nickle plated faucets, towel holders, toilet paper holder, etc. One major selling point for me was the glass (real glass) casing and metal (real metal) frame. It is small, but still big enough that I can see it from the shower at the other end of the room. So far it keeps time well. It does have a ticking noise that, for me, would be too loud in my bedroom, but I rarely even hear it unless I'm thinking about it ticking!! If you're on the fence, just buy it, You won't be disappointed.

I found this clock to be extremely accurate and handsome as well. I am pretty discriminating and this fits the bill ....

I've had this clock for about two months now. It's a nice looking clock that's the perfect size to use in the bathroom. The second hand does have a decent sound to it but it doesn't bother me much. The 4 stars is due to the fact that about a month in, the clock stopped working. I figured out that I needed to position the battery just so to get the clock working again. Haven't had issues with it stopping since but we'll see what happens when I have to change the battery again. Overall, a great clock minus the battery positioning issue.

I selected this clock because is was the right size (10 inches) and the right look for my bathroom. The frame matches the light and sink fixtures. It works well and arrived in 2 days as promised. The only thing I dislike is the ticking noise, but in a bathroom that really doesn't matter much.

I am a bath person and while I was a working woman, I depended on a wall clock to let me know if I was lounging too long. That clock eventually quit and I retired, but I found that I often looked to see what time it was while enjoying my bath, so I ordered this clock. It is the perfect size and perfect color and I am very happy with my purchase.

The clock was delivered in January 5, 2016. I installed the clock the 2nd week in January. It kept time for 3 weeks before it went cold. I installed a brand new AA battery and the clock worked for a week before it stopped again. Thinking that it must be a bad battery, I changed it and again it worked for a few days before it stopped. Nothing wrong with the batteries, it's the clock. It's a piece of junk Made in China. I was unable to return it since it was past the warranty date. I spent $25 and there is no recourse as to getting any of my money back.Stay away for this one.

Had 1 that lasted over 10 years. When it finally crashed, I bought a new one in 2019. It lasted about 2.5 years. Bought a new one in 2022. It didn’t even last 2 years. Is used on a covered deck. Keeps good time while it lasts.
