When packing for an upcoming trip to Mexico, we decided that having some electrolyte packets on hand might be a good idea. I’ve been using Nuun for years, but decided to do a bit of research.I saw these pop up and noticed the amazing reviews. After reading the ingredients, I decided to give them a try.I purchased the multi pack so we could try an assortment of flavors. The pink lemonade was our favorite. The travel packs were exactly what we needed.Now that we’re home, I’ve ordered a tub of powder, as it seems to be a better value. But I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase the travel packs again. The extra cost was worth the convenience and the tubes held up well to being jostled and crushed. No tears and no leaked powder!An unexpected bonus was that I didn’t feel the need to bring as many supplements with me as I normally would since so many of them are already in the electrolyte powder.

It isn’t chalky at all, just mix it in a shaker bottle or anything with a lid that you can shake to mix. Stirring doesn’t mix as well and over time some of the minerals will settle at the bottom. Just give it a quick shake and it’s ready to go again. I liked the lemonade and blue raspberry the best because I prefer tangy flavors. The cherry and watermelon were good too but they aren’t tangy. This actually tastes good enough to use as a regular beverage. I do Keto with some staggered intermittent fasting so I need to keep my electrolytes up. I’ve been using this for about a month (2-3 packets a day) and I haven’t had any of the usual low electrolyte symptoms that you get with this type of eating plan.

I've been ketovore for about 2 years now, and between keto and intermittent fasting, I understand the important it is to keep up one's electrolytes. I really liked the profile of this product vs. another very popular brand which only contains sodium, potassium and magnesium. The flavours are excellent (my favourite so far is the blue raspberry, but they're all tasty). On the downside, there can be a bit of a mineral after-taste which is more noticeable in some flavours than others, but it really doesn't bother me (and adding ice helps mitigate that issue). I also love the small sachets; works great taking a few with me in my purse and adding to my water when we go out to eat - quick, healthy "pretty drink". Overall, I've found this to be an amazing and underrated brand, and I'm looking forward to trying more flavours. I'll definitely be reordering these electrolytes! Highly recommended!!

I like the idea of them but coincidence or not every single time I use this specific brand and item, I had an anxiety attack that day. It could have been just a complete coincidence but after three separate times on different days.. I simply just gave them to my neighbor and considered what I paid for them a loss.

I was drinking one packet everyday to stay hydrated and get my nutrients but when I went to repurchase, I realized it has been this product that has been giving me acne like crazy! The biotin levels in the mix are not working for me so I will not be drinking it anymore. That being said, it's a great electrolyte powder mix otherwise. It's zero cal and zero sugar unlike most other options. Price is very fair. I got the variety pack and liked the cherry pom the best and watermelon second (which is funny because I hate cherry and watermelon flavored things). The other flavors (blue raz and pink lemonade) are too sweet for my liking. Wish the variety pack had the peach mango because that one is probably good.

We love these electrolyte packets! My husband is keto so keeping up with his electrolyte intake is very important. We also have 4 active children and these are a much better alternative to the sugary sports drinks. Everyone likes the flavors and you can never go wrong with a variety in a big family. The packets are great because you can take them with you but we like having the larger containers too to keep at home.

These taste SO BAD. The WORST tasting electrolyts I have ever tried. My husband, who's not picky in the slightest is even struggling to use them and they're not able to be returned because its a food product. There is too much metals in them to taste good. If you're trying electrolytes for the first time stay far away from these. I suggest Ultima, liquid IV, or Kaged.

I've tried every other electrolyte packet on the market; and this is by FAR my favorite. First, the flavors are surprisingly good. I actually LIKE the flavors... but the hydration level is what I always go back for. I do two a day and if I don't take it; I can tell. I also like that this has zero calories and veteran owned.
