As soon as I feel like I’m coming down with a cold, sore throat.. these nip it right in the bud.. sometimes I might need to do 2/3 in a day but these are really effective Taste isn’t bad

This is a great product. I use these at night when my throat and mouth get dry. They taste great when I first put them in my mouth, but the reason I did not give a 5 star is that they leave a bit of odd taste in my mouth after I have had it in my mouth a while. This may just be me, however, as I know several things I have this problem with. Anyway, the ingredients alone make them worth trying. They are more expensive than the mentholated candy that is sold as "cough drops," but that is to be expected for a quality product like this.

I’ve been using these Nature's Way Sambucus Immune Lozenges for seasonal support, and they are excellent. Finding a supplement that is actually Certified Organic, Non-GMO, and Vegan can be a challenge, but these check all the boxes. These have a naturally sweet, tart berry taste without any weird aftertaste. I love the triple-action blend of Black Elderberry, Vitamin C, and Zinc. It’s a clean way to get immune support without artificial colors or flavors. They dissolve slowly and are very effective at coating a dry or scratchy throat. Overall, these are a high-quality, plant-based staple for any home apothecary. Highly recommend!

These lozenges are a tad sweet and thr taste is much lighter than that of traditional cough drops which have a very strong medicinal taste. They soothed my throat and there was no uncomfortable aftertaste. I recommend these if you are looking for an alternative to cough drops as they will uplift you with their berry taste and vibrant purple color.

I keep these in my refrigerator year round. At the first sign of a sore throat we start taking these regularly throughout the day. This season we had our first run-in with what looked like it was going to be a bad cold or worse. Started with a painful throat. This really helped my daughter (who had it first); she had mild cold symptoms for a week but it never went into her chest. Halfway through the week, my throat started to hurt, I immediately began taking these and I never got the cold; stopped it completely! The zinc in this and vitamin C go right to where the cold usually starts, in the throat and all the ingredients support the immune system. THIS is more than a cough drop! I would travel with these. The only thing to be aware of is that too much zinc will cause loose stools. If that happens you can back off taking them a bit. As soon as we went through one bag, I ordered the next one!
