I just purchased this the fruit and veggie mix. I dont see a manufacturer date or an expiration date anywhere on the bucket. When is expiration?

Don't really know if is vegan. It is freeze dried veggies and fruit. I have it to add to my store room of food. If we get to a situation I need to use it, I don't much care if it is vegan or not. We will have more important things to consider.

Great food at a desperate time

Preparing for disasters is hard to conquer with the current economic situation. This freeze dried item helps us southern Louisiana people to prepare for hurricanes at an affordable price.
