Q: How many milliamps of power draw?

Correction: This power supply provides up to 1000ma. I am using it for the EHX Soul Food (22ma draw), Russian Big Muff (22ma) and Canyon Delay (150ma)...Also a TC Wiretap (100ma) and a digital tuner (50ma). No problems at all running everything simultaneously. You really cant harm any 9v center negative device with this, it's just a matter of if your draw meets or exceeds 1000 ma. At which point the devices may or may nit work correctly, but will not harm your pedals/devices at all. It also powers Zoom Devices (g1on) with no problems

Q: Can this tuner pick up a low B string?

I've used this tuner with my five string bass and it picks up the low B on a bass guitar so I'm assuming if you're talking about a seven string guitar it would do the same on a guitar's low B string

Q: Can you tune the guitar with just the tuner. Only plugged into the guitar?

Thank you for contacting us. In regards on this, you can only use the pedal tuner while plugged into the guitar.

Q: Is it good just to be used as a y splitter to connect to 2 amps at the same time? how is it compared to bose tu-3 for that purpose?

I don’t know anything about a Bose tu-3 but this tuner has one output with two options: muted, or live sound depending on the jack you choose to go out of.
