For example, I use a Quad Lock mount on my phone. You'd need to use either one of their cases or their universal mount, their tripod adapter, and also shop for a 1/4-20 to gopro adapter. That being said, Quad Lock's tripod adapter is several inches long and the weight of the phone may make the whole setup unstable unless the backpack strap is cinched down pretty snug.
