Everything you need to start DTF printing-simplified
This review is going to be a little bit long- but I want to share my experience in detail. I am NOT a paid reviewer of this product. This machine is definitely capable of creating great prints! Everything you need for producing DTF transfers is included, at least in the set I purchased: ink, film, RIP software, powder, oven, this set had it all and then some. Lots of info on how to set up the printer and get everything going. Pretty straightforward and simple. I have several unusual printers for various print jobs, UV, etc, so I have a bit of experience setting up and operating printers, but this one gave me a little bit of a hassle, at first. Initially, I had a problem getting white ink to print without dark lines in it. I worked with Paisley, Gabe and others to solve my issues through WhatsApp. They worked on an issue they found- getting the driver to work correctly for the printer- which made the print settings on the RIP software a lot easier to use (my computer was not working well with the first driver installed for whatever reason)- their driver installation trial and error adventure resulted in the printer spewing out tons of film covered in random letters and numbers. After that was resolved, I still had a very hard time printing white ink without issues. The techs gave me detailed instructions for changing out the ink cartridges and thoroughly cleaning the machine to try to resolve the issue of a notable gray tinge and dark lines in the white ink. After several sessions with the techs over a few days of troubleshooting, we were able to get perfect white printing smoothly. I had no issues with language or time zone barriers working with Inksonic. The techs listened to my issues and were very quick to show me the best ways of resolving problems. I feel like I really got the opportunity to learn this machine inside and out as they showed me detailed processes to resolve my white ink issues. Overall, this machine is very easy to use after all the bugs are worked out. The printer is simple to maintain and creates very good quality prints. All of the accessories that came along with the printer work well and are of good quality; no issues there at all. The RIP software is extremely simple and user-friendly compared to others I’ve used. I am already considering purchasing another machine from Inksonic in the future. Thank you for being a helpful company that has great customer service!

My 1st DTF Printer- Supper Happy
I am very pleased with my purchase. There was a little ding on the oven when it arrived and I did not see it at first. Oven appears to work. Had an issue with it not printing at first. I downloaded the What’s App and was able to get help immediately at 9:03pm central time. They were able to remote in and within a few minutes cleaned nozzle and it’s printing beautifully. This experience makes me feel confident that if I should ever need them again they will be right there.

Way better than sublimation!! Great printer (Texas: Jan 4, 2026)
We bought our ink sonic R1390 in December of 2025 and couldn’t be more happier! The colors are AMAZING AND VIBRANT!! After a few printings, we ran into ‘paper jam’ error code to which we had to get technical support involved. Gina did an outstanding job with walking us through step by step on what all needed to be done. She was able to remote into the software via the WhatsApp and guide us. We are back up and running thanks to Gina and turns out it wasn’t even a paper jam to begin with. Faulty code due to sensors needed to be reset from transport. Thank you Gina for your dedication and efforts to help us!

Beautiful starter printer for small business ! Exceptional Customer support !
This printer is super easy to set up, came in perfect condition, and everything you need to run in same day. all it need is to load the driver and the RIP Software. Color s and print are exceptional, no need to make any adjustment, it all ready to print ! I'm very satisfied ! Also, customer service is phenomenal, Daisy guided me in making my printer run with a proper setting. I had a little trouble with my printer carriage getting stuck, no sweat and Daisy easily figure that out.She know exactly what to look for. I really appreciate the fact that she never left me for the whole time I'm having issue 'till we get the issue resolve. Thank you for the dedicated customer support, Daisy! You're the best !!!

Excellent printer.
Excellent printer, easy to set up, excellent print quality and functionality, we aleady used, worked perfect, only one litte hiccup, contacted support and he trublshoot and fixed the issue in minutes.

Horrible Experience
I purchased this oven as a new product, and it arrived with a visible dent. While the seller (InkSonic) acknowledged the damage, they repeatedly insisted that it was “cosmetic” and pushed me to install and test the unit instead of offering a straightforward replacement or refund. Despite multiple emails and clear documentation, the InkSonic: • Declined to immediately authorize a replacement for a damaged item • Attempted to condition a return on technical inspections and testing • Offered consumables as “compensation” rather than resolving the core issue • Delayed resolution by citing shipping logistics and internal reviews I did not purchase a blemished or “scratch-and-dent” unit, and I do not believe customers should be required to assemble or use damaged equipment to prove functionality before being allowed to return it. If you receive a unit in perfect condition, this may work for you. However, if there is any shipping damage, be prepared for significant resistance and delays when seeking a proper resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller due to poor post-purchase support and unwillingness to stand behind their own quality standards. As of 1/3/2026, I’ve wasted a ton of valuable time and resources. I’m still waiting for a refund or equitable resolution. Again, not a recommended purchase.
