TEMPTU S/B Silicone-Based Airbrush Foundation

I do dozens of weddings in a season and I've used various airbrush makeup over the years. Temptu S/B is by far the best, lightweight, buildable, most even makeup I've tried. I haven't needed to look elsewhere. I will say; when I first purchased the kit 5 years ago, the makeup seemed much more "watery" which allowed it to flow through the gun with ease. The latest batch is a bit thicker and even by adding the medium to thin it, it's still quite thick. Once you can get it to flow through, it's hands down the best S/B airbrush makeup on the market today!

I purchased 3 bottles of this “airbrush” makeup, shook the bottles for minutes, and when I put some drops in my airbrush, it wouldn’t work. It’s VERY THICK and it can’t be thinned out with water or rubbing alcohol. I’m so miserable that I wasted my money. I don’t know why it was reviewed so well, but it feels like I was ripped off. I’m going to stick with Luminess because I never had any problems with that brand. One star rating for fast shipping but I don’t recommend this makeup to anyone

I got this for my makeup airbrush machine thinking all airbrush makeup is basically made the same. I was wrong. This makeup is a lot thicker than the airbrush makeup that came with the machine. I put it in the machine and a little splattered out , then the machine was clogged , on top of that this makeup is really hard to wash out and off due to the fact that it's silicone. Do not buy this just for any airbrush machine, it will not work. If you get this make sure it's for the right machine. On the positive side I was still able to use the makeup by squeezing a drop on my finger and applying it to my face by hand. The coverage was great , so imagine how good it would be in the right machine.

I purchased my machine and started kit from temptu website itself and ran out of this one, I needed to replace it before my next wedding party coming up and temptu wouldn’t have had it here in time so I opted for amazon. The product seems right except the shade, 002 from my original temptu batch was more of a pink undertone. The one I received was more of a yellow undertone. I compared it with my other ones and it is actually closer to 003. It says it’s shade 002 but shade 2 is supposed to have a pink undertone and this does not. Overall it will do what I need it to, but I think I will go back to ordering from temptu directly as this shade is the most used of my kit and I need it to have the correct undertones.

I’m a makeup artist and have been using this product for the past couple of years on clients. I have a Temptu airbrush machine and I have had no issues. If I let it dry without cleaning it, it does get clogged, but I use the Temptu S/B Airbrush cleaner and spray it through with a couple of cycles of water and it clears the clog in a minute. If I didn’t have the airbrush cleaner, I could see how it would be frustrating, but it works fantastic and it’s inexpensive.You can customize the coverage from sheer to almost full and it has a beautiful finish. It’s easy to work with and sets fairly quickly so when I add other products on top, it doesn’t move around.I have done bridesmaids makeup at 6 AM and have seen their makeup stay in place past midnight. It’s great.I typically have fair to light to medium Caucasian clients and the two colors I go through are always 004 Sand and 006 Toffee. Most of my wedding parties I don’t need to use any other shades. If they are lighter than 004, I’ll mix in a drop of 001. I have all shades, but those are my two staples.Would recommend! I love that I can order this on Amazon too and receive it so fast incase I run out and need a quick replenish.

Personally I think this is MUCH better than luminess! It’s not drying like luminess !

This product did not work well at all in the luminess airbrush machines. It would not come out. Tried multiple times with no luck. So if you have a luminess machine do not buy this product.
