Exactly as stated on the label.
Exactly as stated on the label. I have an 1970's Citroen and Chevronics who specialise in the type recommended I use these Purflex filters. As the originally specified filter has a smaller screw hole, so that company also sell an adapter screw to fit the LS923. I've otherwise read that Purflux filtration is better than most, so at this price it's worth protecting the engine. The filter is fitted face down on top of the Citroen GS engine and the seal in these filters prevent the engine oil draining away inbetween being run. Fitting is straightforward but the book says to start and run the engine for a couple of minutes, then let it stand for five minutes, before re-checking the oil level - as some oil stays in the filter.

The dogs u know what!
Having stuck to the OEM parts for my car ( buying them in France at a third of the price we get ripped off here !) I can say with my hand on my heart that the internal surface area is vast compared to some of the trash we get sold here (not mentioning any names for fears of litigation but we all know the £3 filters offered elsewhere are utter trash !) obviously, use GOOD oil, do t thrash the goolies off your engine from cold and be sympathetic to your engine - 300,000 miles is easily possible ! Drop a K&N air filter in too ( wash / dry and oil every few miles - they say 50.000 miles but for the sake of a couple of hours I would say 15 - 20.000 is not too arduous for most folks and WILL pay dividends and the MPG will keep going up ! On a 200 mile trip recently at a constant 60 mph I achieved almost 80mpg ! I would also recommend he use of Extralube ZX1 and Lucas Tune up and injector cleaner (£5.72) - another bargain ! As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer I must admit I am a tad sceptical from time to time but with the Litigation society the Americans have lives with for years, I doubt they dare produce anything that can produce adverse effects, so as long as it's made in the USA I feel confident it will be fine 😃If Amazon can start importing other USA products like "PB Blaster" penetrating oil life will be complete - my last few drops are rapidly running out and nothing made here even comes close - please Amazon PLEASE import some of the good USA stuff in soon - Please ?Thanks for an excellent service - it's amazing :-)
