Pro: Straight to the point, work at it should, worth the $ I spend on it. Cons: can get rusty if not maintain well. I buy this to squeeze soymilk and vegetables, and it work wonderful. I did have some trouble tighten the screw, but after getting some help I was able to secure it and put it to good use. My recommendation if you buy this. You should get some type of plank to secure it down so it don't move when you squeezing.

Works well. Use with mesh bag. Pulp very dry after the press. I use for berries.

Product worked exactly as expected. Similar to other reviews, I would say that while this isn’t super heavy duty it is very solid and will work to press apples a couple times per season. With 6 batches I made over two gallons of fresh apple cider. The price is very good for what you get.

No problems assembling and squeezing plums. Needs to be screwed into a platform for stability.

Very serious solid fruit press came with the straining bag. Great success, using this contraption and quicker for pressing grapes for wine, jam, and juice. We also did apples. There is a little prep for doing any kind of fruit juice, but it is well worth doing in this press.

J,ai acheté ce produit pour presser mes sauces shoyu, mais je compte aussi l'utiliser pour presser des pommes à cidre. J'avais déjà une presse de ce genre en bois (très ancienne) et je dois dire que c'est le jour et la nuit. Très belle finition, c'est lourd et c'est solide. La poignée est très ergonomique et tourne comme un charme. Facile à nettoyer et compacte pour le volume qu'elle contient.
