This is my go too!! It provides electrolytes and Vit. B12 for energy. it tastes great , easy to mix ( no clumps) and no jittery feeling. They have many flavors, this particular one kind of taste like a squirt just without the carbonation. Simply add this to your water bottle or tumbler shake and go.

I tried this when our local Costco was sampling it. Several years ago. I've been hooked ever since. My favorite flavor is citrus, but the price keeps going up and up on that flavor alone, so I'm going to find a new favorite flavor. In an effort to make a tube last longer, I put it in a 32 oz bottle of water. After having done that for so long, putting it in a 16 oz bottle of water makes it a little too strong. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who wants their water flavored. I don't like all of the flavors, so I think people need to use it through trial and error. I think there's a flavor for everyone. I just wish the price on the citrus would go back down. I can find the other flavors somewhere else, CHEAPER, but not the citrus.
