Fantastic and fresh!
What deal on Thyme! I opened the bag to refill my .7oz bottle and the whole kitchen smelled like time. We normally buy the Trader Joe's thyme but took a chance on this do to the quantity an it worked out. Smells just as fragrant an has a good color with zero yellow bits. I can't make my Irish stew without it.

Good Quality Thyme
Great taste, with fewer stem pieces than we typically find in store-bought containers. Plan ahead and buy one of the small spice container funnels to make refills easier!

Great thyme, opened during shipping
The thyme smells fantastic! The ziploc-type bag isn’t sealed at the top so when shipped in a bag with a heavier item, it opened and spilled out 20% of the thyme into the shipping bag. It’s a generous enough package I didn’t ask for a replacement. I would pay extra for a package with a sealed top, although if Amazon had put it in a box vs bag it would have been ok. If it tastes as good as it smells, I would buy it again, put wouldn’t order with anything heavy like a large bottle of peppercorns!
