I love this! It has a great quality, very sturdy and easy to assemble. The overall shape is what I was wishing, you can see in the picture I uploaded, it took me some minutes to open the branches and give it a nice look, without any empty spaces. The lights give the tree a festive Christmas look and I love to plug it in every day, it makes me happy to look at it when all lit. I bought the 4 ft and it's the perfect size for me. It came very well packaged, it even has a few spare lights and fuses.

I was not disappointed with this sweet tree. It has a lot of lights and looks so pretty decorated. Was super-easy to put together! Don’t hesitate to buy if you are looking for a beautiful, small tree.

Great Tree! Our Balsam Hill tree that we paid alot of money for 5 years ago, fell apart...This tree was such a good deal that we were worried that it was substandard...It is Not! It's a beautiful tree! It's nice and wide at the base...it has a beautiful shape and it's better quality than our expensive tree! It lit right up when we plugged it in and it is great! We are beyond pleased...

I always avoid writing negative reviews on things I buy except in cases like this where the product and the Company are not good. I specifically searched for an American company where the trees were made in the USA. I also didn't mind paying more money for that so I would have a great quality tree and convenient Customer Service if I ever needed it. This was my first artificial tree and I wanted one that looked and felt pretty real and had a lot of lights nicely intertwined all through the tree. I ordered my first tree in November of 2021. When I got the tree, I could see that the way ot had been packed in the box had caused the metal tree trunk to slice through the electrical cord used to plug the tree in. So, I had to go through the hassle of sending that tree back to be replaced. The replacement tree got to me on Christmas Eve so I quickly set it up and was relieved that I finally had a working and nice looking Christmas Tree even if it had taken until Christmas Eve to get it. But over the next couple of weeks, I noticed sections of the trees lights were going out. By that time I was dealing with some serious health issues and couldn't deal with the tree issues so I just left it up for a few months. Over that time, each of the sections of lights went out until eventually there were no lights working on the tree. I had read the warranty info and knew the lights had a 2 year warranty so I figured I would deal with that after my treatments for my health. In November 2022 I contacted the Customer Service phone number for the Company. That is a long and tedious process that I won't bore you with here. Just know that it involves a lot of time and exasperating conversations that send you to other people and end up going no where or you get disconnected and have to start all over again. These calls all go to overseas customer service agents too. After a lot of back and forth and disconnected phone calls and hours of holding on the phone, the very best help I can get with this tree is that they will send me a set of 400 lights that I can then string throughout my tree that originally came with (and I paid for) 650 lights. Then I am supposed to use the tree like that with the 400 lights that they send me put on it somehow while ignoring the 650 dead lights that must remain on the tree. And, by the way, it will take 10 business days for the company to send me the 400 replacement lights. Then in January of 2023, I must contact the company again and set up everything so I can go and ship the tree back to them. I have to pay for that as well from what I have been told by Customer Service. Then the ompany will send it overseas (where the trees are actually made) and they will restoring the lights on the same tree and then send me back the same tree sometime in March 2023 or so. Currently, I hate this tree and this Company that I had thought I would be so happy with. I don't see that changing anytime soon either since I don't see a resolution to my issue anytime soon. I am also extremely disappointed and feel like National Tree Company tricked me or purposely misled me to believe that they are an American Company and they are not. Their products are not American made and their business and customer service is conducted overseas. Extremely disappointed.

My family’s previous Christmas tree of 13 years broke and we needed a new one. I spent a lot of time comparing artificial trees and this one was the best value for a tree that has mostly PE branches, which make the tree more realistic and not shed. Pros: The tree is easy to put together, the branches are easy to fluff out. It’s sturdy enough to handle my little kids enthusiastically decorating it and hold heavy ceramic ornaments. The spacing of the lights on the branches look great. Cons: would like more branches in the middle section to fill in the gaps. I had to do a lot of bending the branches to make it look full. I recommend using filler branches and ribbon to help make it full. I would also like a step on switch/button to turn the tree on and off rather than crawling under the tree to unplug it. The plugs on the tree that connect each section are big and bulky and I prefer a sure-lit pole but forgot about that feature when I bought it. Other notes: It comes with extra lights, replacement fuses, card with a QR code to website for instructions (you do have to search for them).

I normally don’t do reviews but I got this tree last minute and I got it on sale less than $55! Once the tree comes, you will spend about 20-30 minutes fluffing it out but it looks so beautiful! It’s wider than I expected and it definitely is 6 feet. It’s not messy to put to together at all. The lights are beautiful once turned on. The stand is a little wobbly is the only thing I could probably say. But definitely worth the buy! Would buy again !

I bought the 6.5 ft Pre-Lit Downswept Douglas Fir Artificial Christmas Tree from the National Tree Company, and I have to say it's the best artificial tree I've ever owned, or for that matter, anyone in my family has ever owned. I unpacked it and was so pleased that not one needle had fallen to the bottom of the box, nor was there a trail of needles from the box to where I set up the tree. I proceeded to grab a branch and was stunned to find how lifelike it felt; the workmanship was immediately apparent. Set up was super easy, I plugged the three sections together effortlessly, and was able to fully fluff the branches in about 30 minutes, and still no needles to vacuum up. The lights warm and evenly placed throughout the tree, the top branch isn't 2 feet long (like so many artificial trees come with) and will easily fit my angel topper, and it looks full and even all over. I couldn't be happier with this purchase; it is well worth the money!

Very pretty and real looking full tree. Not cheap like many out there. And easy to put together.

This is my first artificial tree and I'm really happy with it. It looks nice and was easy to setup. I would recommend.
