Así que si, si funcionan bien si los usas hasta para dormir cicatrizara mejor tu oreja, en mi caso fue inflamación inferior interior de la oreja

I bought this ear magnet set for my husband who trains BJJ, and it works great! The compression is strong but comfortable, and it really helps prevent swelling after training. The magnets stay in place well and don’t irritate the skin. The set even comes with alcohol pads and instructions, which is very convenient. Definitely worth it!

The magnets work do what they’re supposed to, but I’m not sure putting magnets on your ears after draining actually helps, at least it doesn’t help if you keep training without headgear. So if you’re going to pause your training for a few weeks to heal, or train without headgear after draining then these might help reduce swelling more quickly, but if you’re not going to alter how you train, then it’s better to just keep training as is and let it callous over, especially if you don’t care how you look.
