To keep your board looking new, we recommend the following: - hand wash ONLY - wash it only with mild soap - rinse and dry immediately - store in a dry place - apply food-grade mineral oil once a month Apply food-grade mineral oil onto the surface of the cutting board,let it soak for 15-20 minutes approximately, wipe it off. Refresh it monthly or when it's dry to the touch.
