Nice size too!
This is a really nice kit. You receive regular thread along with the metallics. You also other sewing items. Very neat and you have numerous empty sections to store many more sewing items. The latch and handle are made of a metallic gold plastic. I love it. Initially I thought it was expensive but it is well worth the price. Glad I went with it!

I bought this for my 11 yr old granddaughter. We both was amazed at what all was in it. This is packed full of everything a beginner would need to start sewing. I was very impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone. And the case it comes in is amazing also.

Great starter kit
OK, so you've read all the bad points so I won't amplify them. However, this is an excellent foundation for would be machinists or hobbyists alike. The items may not be of the best quality, but they are also far from the worst and it allows you to nurture the kit to your own liking as your skill progresses and you decide what is the best way to go. You need a starting foundation and you can't really go wrong with this
