great product but no instructions how to install it, thank god for the Internet.
The thimble is exactly ow it is described, unfortunately there was no instructions or any literature which came with it.thank AL Gore for the Internet, because I had to look -up how to install it.

Very tight fit but it worked!

Can't we do better for this price?
The "tunnels" in the middle don't fit inside each other in a 2x6 wall. So I had to make an extra piece of (round) flashing to bridge the gap: not what I expected for the high price. Also, the outside (smaller diameter) hole still allows for insects to crawl in (there's a 1/4" gap when 4" vent pipe is used). The inner (larger diameter) hole allows for hose clamps to slip inside, but makes for a less-than-tight fit. Pretty crude design.
