Meets expected specifications, pretty good for the price. Solid build, got a bit of weight to it, the features such as the pull-out segment and hidden compartment work well. Definitely not the plushest couch I've ever sat on, cushions are probably about five or six inches thick and pretty soft, but again, it does well for the price point.

It’s a great mini sofa bed. I’m not sure why but I didn’t get the assemble instructions with my order. Online I got beige-3 and when it arrived the box said grey on the outside, was nervous for a minute but it seems to look beige when I opened it. I had to use common sense to figure out the assembly. Amazon delivered to my living room. Took about 1 hour to assemble. [one person with a powered drill]. Might be shorter if you do a two man job.

The best sofa I've ever had, it's really good and comfortable and besides, it's beautiful.

This couch is a huge disappointment - it was absolutely terrible quality and a huge pain to be return. Out of the box, the quality was a mess. Several screws in the frame were missing or barely attached, all were driven in at odd angles, and parts of the wood frame were already split. The pull-out section was assembled wrong at the factory: brackets out of place, frame crooked, and the wood frame cracked and extremely thin. The screws were so far out of place the hinges to extend the sleeper section were stuck on the screw heads. Fixing all of this required reseating most of the screws and correcting the manufacturer’s mistakes just to get it into usable shape. Even after assembly, it still feels flimsy. The entire frame creaks, the screw-free assembly means it wobbles more than it should. The seat foam is very thin - the entire seat cushion is under 3.5" - and feels cheap and uncomfortable with a crinkly plastic sound when moving around. On all sides of the seats there's only 1" of padding between your seating and the frame. The rear cushions are significant under stuffed and compresses to basically the back frame when someone sits back. When pulled out, the frame technically functions, but there are noticeable gaps between the pull-out and the chaise, and the pull-out portion oddly bows upward in the center. Because of how fragile the wood and poorly secured it was - i expect the pull out section will break free with more than a few uses. I had higher hopes - at $460 it seemed like a deal (which is very inexpensive for a couch but not for something this poorly built). After receiving it, I strongly would not recommend anyone purchase this couch. While it looks ok, it feels incredibly cheap, is extremely uncomfortable, doesn’t work well as a sleeper, and it certainly won’t hold up. It’s noticeably worse than another inexpensive Amazon couch we bought last year for half the price.

My kids love the couch, it works great for our space. I’m very happy with it for the price. Kind of stiff, but I’m sure it will loosen up with use.
