I love this thing, still some bugs to fix and features to add you'll be looking forward too. To start, the UI version of meshtastic is awesome with one little irritation. IF you want to bluetooth to the device from your phone to adjust advanced settings you will have to restart it and boot into a different mode by holding the meshtastic icon on the screen while it boots. It disables the UI while bluetooth is active. Other than the lack of multitasking by the core service it runs incredibly smooth, has enough features you won't be bluetoothing too often anyway. The reset button is on the left side, little oversized imo.

Really good meshtastic device easy to flash the firmware and get it working on the app for Bluetooth communication in case of emergencies there’s a established network in Southern California

I am really impressed with this all in one meshtastic product. No need to have your phone to use the mesh. I find the "fancy" software much better than the standard as it takes advantage of the capabilities of the product.

An impressive unit with three drawbacks. 1 - the internal antenna is a joke and modifying the case for a decent external antenna requires balancing a bunch of moving parts. 2- the keyboard is worthless until the proper software is installed. 3- its MeshTastic processor has WiFi (good), but uses more power.

Been part of the Meshtastic ecosystem for a bit, this thing is great.

I got this device, and the software on it is practically non-useful. I still have to use my smartphone. I purchased this to be able to use "it" INSTEAD OF my phone. Another software interface was very graphic; a bad choice for the Blackberry designed device. It was jumpy and didn't even provide configuration setting options! The programmers for this need to learn from the original Blackberry, the folks who created this look. Keep it simple - text only! Use menus, etc. and keep it all text based.So, until they fix it, I've got a really awesome looking device that is a desk showpiece.Useless.I'm ordering another device from somewhere else.
