I can’t remember where I saw this originally but I’ve been using it now for about 4 months. It helps so much. I can tell a difference in my energy and mood when I forget to take it for a couple of days. I haven’t had any side effects that I can see. Clear expiration date on the package. It does kick in fairly quick. I’d say within 20-30 minutes. Definitely affordable and it’s a 2-month dropper bottle not just one. You get your money’s worth. The last two times I bought the berry flavor and no real icky taste. Lingers a little so I drink with a sip or two of water. Tried the cherry this time. Don’t like it. Next bottle I’ll switch back to berry. All in all 5/5. Worth it. Will continue to purchase.

I really like this Vitamin B-Complex supplement. It’s convenient, easy to take, and I love the cherry flavor. It contains several B vitamins along with vitamin C, inositol, and choline. The taste is awful but the results are amazing. It does give an energy boost when your tired but dang the taste kinda taste like the baby vitamins we used to give our kids when they were infants .

This is a fairly good vitamin supplement however it is low in pantothenic acid, choline, and inositol. I have to supplement the aforementioned 3. I’m not sure why because it would’ve been a more complete methylated B vitamin package. The vitamin C is also negligible. The taste reminds me of the vitamins I used to have as a kid that my mom forced down my throat, exact same taste. There’s a bit of nostalgia there. The other negative is the dropper doesn’t fill to 1ml.

What I like most is that it combines several essential B vitamins in one easy-to-take liquid supplement. It includes B1, B3, B9, and B12, plus vitamin C and choline. The cherry flavor is a bonus, and the liquid form is convenient for daily use.

Well it SAYS cherry flavor, but if you put this ON a cherry, you wouldn't taste cherry!!! It tastes like they forgot to flavor it. Tastes like medicine, chew an aspirin or a Tylenol to see what I mean!!! Doesn't smell as bad as it tastes, but according to the list of vitamins and the price, it is good value for the money but no way to tell how good a vitamin is because it takes time and testing to see what your body does to process it. I have been getting a similar Vitamin Complex from another company on Amazon, at least theirs is red and tastes similar to a cherry product. This is a yellow green and YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great tasting b complex and has multiple forms. Does work, and fairly quickly. Only complaint is that my dropper doesn't work right, it only pulls three-quarters of a dose, and doesn't like to empty fully. Might just be a one off defect, I did reorder, so we'll see if new bottle has same problem. Just sad I can't find anything equivalent made in the US that doesn't have one of my allergens as an ingredient.
