I dislike the fact that despite following the vendor's size guide, the product was way too small for me ( I couldn't wear it passing my knee).I like the fact that Amazon understood my predicament & refunded me out of their own good will ( they were not obligated to do it, But They Did🙂). Well made & fits perfectly

I've got one for both knees as I have joint instability and struggle with descents when hill walking. It is a comfortable fit - I was concerned it felt too loose (I ordered the smallest size possible) but it seems to have given good support. I particularly struggle with pain below the knee cap and this was almost eliminated.I much prefer this to supports with straps and it seems worth the extra money these ones cost.

I brought two one for myself and one for my elderly mum who has a issue with her knee. Unfortunately the small I ordered for her is very small and not suitable. However I now realise I cannot refund or exchange it for a larger size as states when I have tried to do so. It’s a lot if money to loose for an item that cannot be used!
