I have a crack in my concrete pond. If I coat the pond with this product will it hurt fish? Do you recommend for ponds?

I used it in my pond and the fish are still going strong. Great product You may want to fix the crack as best as you can prior to coating with Rubberseal. Maybe try UGL water plug in the crack.

I am looking for a product to seal my 5K gallon concrete water tank, will this stick to old concrete? Will it leach out into the water/

Yes I will seal it. No water will get out. The tank will need to be cleaned (best way pressure wash it if possible) and dry. Minimum 40 mils and let it cure out for 72 hours

Will this be flexible enough to work with a folding kayak?

It has 1500% elongation. That means it will expand 15 times the thickness you put down before it breaks. It will recover 90 to 95%. I am not sure of your application exactly, but if you want to send some pictures we could guide you on the application.

What is the coverage area per gallon

It depends on the thickness. See spread rate chart on product info. Below 40 mils is damp proofing. Above 40 mils is waterproofing. All our testing is bases on 80 mils. Each coat is around 20 mils.
