How long will this last if u drink one a day .. trying to find a shake that's so much money the one I was on was $43 for a week

It really can vary depending on what size shake you're making at a time (my shake cup is 28 oz so I actually use about 2.5 scoops per shake, and track the calories and carbs accordingly). I've been dropping weight at a steady and healthy speed - 43 lbs since May 11 - and for me the magic formula was to combine using shakes, seriously avoiding ALL fast food no matter how "healthy" it's supposed to be, and taking vitamin/ nutrition supplements recommended by my doctor to amend deficiencies (since nutrient deficiencies prevent your metabolism from performing at its best). I generally replace dinner with the shake each day, so I don't consume more calories than my body can use and wind up storing them as fat when I go to bed.

Thanks for the question mike, it's simply a label change the powder inside is the exact same. It's been the same for over a decade almost. Once you find the right formula for a great meal replacement protein powder we really don't need to mess with it. All the best.

Sorry Leroy the answer is no the Lean Body powder and the Lean Body Ready To Drink (RTD) are not the same. The Lean Body Ready To Drink (RTD) protein shake is our only lactose free protein shake. All the best.
