I'm boarderline high cholesterol but I get a pass from my doctor as my good cholesterol is also high. No doubt in my mind its from this oil. I take 2 a day because I don't eat any seafood. I won't eat anything that lives in water and these do NOT give you fish burps. And I have GERD so that's a pretty good test

I started eating better about 5 years ago. Because of that, I was able to get off several prescription drugs, one of them being GERD meds. I've been taking these omega 3 fish oil gel caps for a little over a month now, and all of a sudden I'm getting heartburn again after 5 years free from it. I hate to say it because they do help with my joints, but they also give me heartburn. I've always been nauseated by oily fish...maybe my body is trying to tell me to get my omegas from something other than fish oil.

I never received them from Amazon. They went to the wrong address. I did get them from Target and I believe they are helping me. I have hypertension and they do not affect it. The lemon doesn’t leave an after taste. I love them and will continue to take them. If you are on blood thinners ask your doctor before taking any.
