I make sure to get out each day in the sun each day and I include fish in my diet.. . This is an extra consistent step to add a little more D and fish oil each day. One a day is sufficient for me. It's a happy pill.

Essential health boosters.
These things are essential for basic health, especially if your not really a big milk drinker. Health isn't about getting better when your sick, but avoiding being sick and staying healthy all the time. They are good quality and last a long time. I STILL HAVE SOME. it's been like... 6 months lol.

The main reason I bought this is that it's certified by 'USP', an independent organization that does testing on various vitamins, minerals, etc. This is one of the few fish oil capsules they approve.

Better quality than most brands.
These caplets are better than most other Fish Oil caplets I have tried. I do burp up the fishy taste if I take two at once so I take one twice daily and I have had no problems.

Some fish oils and Krill oil will come with the smell of decay. This fish oil did not smell and the package/bottle was in good condition. A++
