I’ve been really impressed with the M112 headset, especially when it comes to battery life. I work three full days in the office without needing to recharge it at all, which is a huge plus for me. It’s also lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for an entire shift without any fatigue. After some minor tweaking to the audio settings on my system, I had no issues with volume. I can clearly hear my customers, and conversations are smooth and consistent. The noise‑canceling is another standout feature—it does a great job of drowning out background noise in the office and keeps my focus on the customer, even during busy times. If I had one con, it would be that I wish I could answer calls directly from the headset itself with a single button tap. Currently, I have to use my internal system and click the answer button, which isn’t ideal if I step away from my desk. Being able to answer straight from the headset would make things much more convenient and prevent that rush back to my workstation. Overall, the M112 has been reliable, comfortable, and effective for daily office use, with just that one feature holding it back from being perfect for my workflow.

Ok, so I actually bought these headphones for gaming and music and not for working or phone calls. I was looking for a new cordless set of headphones after my last pair of razer headphones fell apart in less than 2 years. I was gonna get another gaming headset, but all the ones I tried in the store were built just as terrible as my last headset and anything decent quality looking looked to be in the hundreds of dollars range. Mind you, my razer headset cost me like $200 and we see how terrible they were. I decided to look for non gaming because to me, it just seems like they are using the word "gaming" to sell crappy built junk at a premium price. These headphones however are great! Only thing is, you may have to change a setting to unlock the full protentional of them. It sounded really bad with awful bass at first, so I was trying to figure out what was wrong with them, and it turns out that you have to turn off audio enhancements in the output section of your audio settings. I tried to play some music before and it sounded really echoey before fixing and after I fixed it, it sounds better than my razer headphones. It also has really awesome noise canceling for both hearing and speaking. I did a microphone test and had my husband talk and it only picked up my voice and he's sitting right next to me. Audios crisp and clear. The quality is pretty good all in all, and I like how it comes with a dock for the headset so I'll never forget to charge them. Speaking of which. It states it takes 2 hr's for a full charge, but I decided to test them after a few minutes and it is working great. I feel like if these were being marketed as "gaming" they would cost twice as much for the quality. They are light, but not junk light. The cushions that touch the ears feel sturdy and soft.

I have been using this headset for about a week. Out of the box they looked nice and had the feel of high quality. The charging stand is clean and has a professional look. It was easy to setup and configure the headset using the included instructions. The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancelling quality does exactly as advertised and is very effective. I use the headset for hours at a time for meetings and gaming and they are very comfortable. I don’t feel any fatigue or discomfort while wearing them. The sound from the Bluetooth connection using both my phone and computer was clean static free. Even when I walked away from my desk. When using the microphone the flip-to-mute feature was very handy. No buttons on the computer or in the application to push to activate mute, NICE! This headset is a welcome addition to my business tool kit for productivity. It will be for you too. I would highly recommend this headset for home or office use.

This headset is well worth the money. The sound is crisp and clear. I use them for online work with a PC and listen to music using my android. The bluetooth connection is easy with the voice assist. They fit well and are comfortable. Can be charged using the stand or just a cable. This headset meets all expectations.

I picked this up for work after another work supplied corded headset started to fail and I was tired of the button controls on the cord catching on my desk hanging up or unmuting me in calls. The good: Long battery life on a single charge - I constantly have meetings throughout the day with some days pushing 10 hours of meetings. So far this headset has been able to keep up with all the meetings. Decent range - Due to my houses construction and that my office exists as an addition to a cinder-block wall between my office and the rest of the house I've got about a foot thick wall to deal with. And since my desk is the far side of a 10x10 room keeping signal through the wall was a challenge (about half the first floor and choppy audio). However using a 10 ft usb cable hang the dongle in the doorway allows me to now pass across the whole first floor of my house without dropping from the call. Volume and Mic - while they wont win awards as best in class. As a work headset they do great with teams calls and pickup good range when someone is talking but doesnt have the mic in the correct position and my coworkers have never had a complaint about my mic either picking up too much background noise or being too quite. padding - I've had gaming headsets be less comfortable than this headset and one in particular was from a big brand name. I've also had better leaving these in a reasonable confort that once you get the band set for your head you should be able to mostly forget about them while in all day meetings. My only concern is I'm not yet sure how I would replace the padding as it ages or develops a smell. The not so good: Controls - the buttons take time to get used to and I often find that if i want to change volume its better to do it on the computer than using the built in controls. Also there is no on mic mute on the boom just flip up and down. which when you got a lot of meetings and trade off on talking is a bit annoying i cant just tap the mic area and unmute. Charging stand - This is one of those downsides for wireless changing. Not often but enough to feel the burden I've gone to work the next day and found that apparently the charger didnt connect / remain connected or i forgot to flip off the headset power toggle switch and am encountering a dead or nearly dead headset battery right before starting my morning meetings. And since the power cord that can be plugged into either the headset or base is a bit on the shorter side its not a comfortable stretch to hardware while it charges and start the meetings. In summary if you're looking for a headset for work or one you can wear for many hours these is a good contender. If they revise it to give a better mute button on boom and better charging on the stand then I think this will quickly replace my mid level headsets even outside of work as the dont feel too big that they will fall off yet aren't too tight that your unconformable having them on for many hours a day.

We are working in a noisy environment and needed headphones that we can answer calls without too much background noise. I have tried a couple of other known brands but they did not do too well. I was hesitant to get these headphones at first since I was not familiar with the brand. What a surprise! I am using these every day at work since purchasing them about two months ago. The bluetooth connection is simple and easy. It stays connected throughout the day without issues. The calls are clear and volume is perfect. The best part of these is that I can connect two iphones to the same headphone. You can use one phone for calls and one for music or videos, but both phones cannot be used for calls at the same time. Very slick! The unit has volume control bar so it's easy to adjust while wearing them. It also has separate charging ports, one on the headphone and one on charging station that came with the set. You also can turn bluetooth on or off on headphones independently. I think these headphones are great and serve me well. Highly recommended.
