Love this company and this product. Been using it for years. Much different than those standard pre workout powders. This tastes great and works well. It doesn’t affect my sleep and it’s easy on the stomach.

It tastes good and mixes easily with water. Affordable and has alot of good ingredients for pre-workout. It lacks in the caffeine area in my opinion because it only has 150mg per serving. If it had somewhere closer to 300 it would be a top notch choice for me.

WOW! Just WOW! This pre workout drink is marketed to endurance athletes, however, people often forget that there is a great deal of endurance that is necessary for a strength athlete to produce a dense workout; all the more so when the workouts are lengthy. This pre workout allowed me to dramatically increase the density of my workouts and, surprisingly, the weight I could lift during the workouts with the significantly increased density, was notably greater. That is not a small thing by any stretch of the imagination. Other products that I have used in the past were more like an overburdened coffee cup, they made me jittery and sweaty but not stronger, even within the parameters of a much denser workout wherein one would expect some loss of strength. Another problem that other pre workout products I have used had was that while they made me sweat a great deal, I suffered more from the dehydration than I enjoyed the benefits claimed by the product. With EndurElite Perform, I was dialed in! Someone reading this might ask themselves “ok, fine, but what are we talking about here?” My answer is that we are talking about going back to back from 80% strict bent over rows —the old fashioned way, not the Dorian Yates way— to 80% flat bench and waiting two minutes and doing it again and again for four sets and not being done and useless for the rest of the day. We are talking about going from over 800lbs on a leg press for 12 reps to close grip bench press at over 225 lbs and waiting two minutes and doing it again as before and all of that AFTER doing five sets of triples of snatch grip high pulls! Overall, the workouts went from just over an hour to less than 45 minutes and often, just over 35 minutes! I simply wasn’t as tired or as out of breath as I had been so I could go and go and go! Good supplements are not cheap and naturally, people have to watch their pennies unless they are far wealthier than most of us. An increase in the density of the workout alone makes the effectiveness of the workout significantly better; to increase the density by over 20 minutes is significant, however, to find yourself doing it with the SAME weight is nearly unheard of! What was crazy was to see the weight increase without losing density! I have no doubt that someone that engages in three hour workouts would receive significant benefits from EndurElite Perform pre workout, however, for me, the increased density has been golden! The way I mixed it was by dumping the contents of the scoop into a glass that I kept in the refrigerator with a spoon. I do not know why this worked, however, for whatever reason, this made the mixing process work better and reduced what I lost to the sides of the glass. I would then run the sink faucet until it was cold enough and just stick the glass into the stream and stir rapidly. The benefit of this is that any splash goes in the sink and doesn’t land on anything. In any case, the powder dissolved instantly and I drank it in one gulp. Now, most things that contain significant amounts of caffeine have a bitter taste because caffeine is bitter; I thought that was an insurmountable condition. I am happy to report that the flavor is kind of like a bright cherry flavor combined with a slightly tart lime flavor and I loved it and I did not have to drink it in one gulp because it certainly tasted better and did not have the feared bitterness that I had come to expect from other pre workout products with significant caffeine. I got to the point that the anticipation of the workout that was coming would, itself, wind me up and I would drive to the gym excited in a way that I had not experienced in decades! It isn’t that the drink is miraculous, it is that successful and productive workouts, one after the other, tend to bring back that brightness, that hope, that joy, that one had in the earliest days of one’s strength training life. This product is manufactured by NutraBio and that alone makes it a product one can trust because NutraBio has EARNED their excellent reputation. However, even without that pedigree, I would tell you that EndurElite Perform Elite delivers on its promises and that is not just from someone who lifts, it is from someone who swims and cycles and for more than a lap or a ride around the block. I will also point out that this isn’t just an Amazon Voice purchase, I want more EndurElite Perform Elite! Lots More! There are a few products that I have had the good fortune to experience that I would not have tried otherwise —it is, after all, marketed to endurance athletes— that have earned a permanent place on my supplement shelf and that is no small thing, everyone’s money is tight and there is only so much shelf! If you do not believe me, try the experience of doing what I did without stopping without and then try it with EndurElite Perform Elite, I KNOW you will be pleasantly surprised! Like I said, WOW! Just WOW!

Keeps my energy level high. Great quality. Mixes very well especially if you let it sit for a little bit in the refrigerator it dissolves very easily. It taste fine. Doesn’t leave me with any jittery feelings or upset stomach or anything like that. Great value.

This did not work for me

Photos show me opening up the container after unpacking it for the first time. There's an included scoop and packet of desiccant to control moisture. Flavor is actually on the sweeter side despite having "lime" in the flavor, which I prefer over being overly tart/sour. There is a hint of tartness, but not to the degree that it'll jolt or even wake up your palate. From what I can surmise through the ingredients list, the blend emphasizes oxygen physio/bioavailability via beet root extract, taurine, a mushroom blend. From there, it uses anti-fatigue ingredients such as good ol' caffeine and a blend of extracts on top of beta-alanine and root extracts to supply a bit of raw energy. From my total layman's perspective (I am an engineer by profession, not a nutrition expert), it seems like a well thought out blend. But obviously don't depend on an Amazon review to provide a deep-dive analysis of the physiological effects of various multi-syllable chemical constituents. Perhaps the best account I can offer is that the directions suggest a half scoop to assess your tolerance for your first use. (Typically a full scoop for 8-12oz of water.) I was pretty happy with the results, which was something akin to a more even tempered "coal-like" burn of energy rather than the more "flash-like" quick spurt of energy you'd get from sweets and carbs. From what I can tell, it's basically an energy drink that's not trying to use a bunch of chemical flavor enhancements to addict you, instead providing more transparency into how ingredients are being used to achieve physiological enhancements for a workout routine.

Pre-workouts are hard to review because unless they're absolutely horrendous or make you sick it's hard to explain how effective these are since everyone has different caffeine tolerances as well as reactions to it. I think this has a decent energy level to it and if you're looking to get extra supplements inside your pre-workout then this is the thing for you as it includes extra supplements. However, with only 20 servings and at $40 I can't really say this is a good bang for you buck especially when it doesn't taste that good and doesn't mix super well. Pre-workouts are always overpriced and that's just the landscape for that type of product but it has a very strange flavor to it which makes it hard to drink. Usually I don't mind drinking my other pre-workouts but this one is a pain to drink.

This energy drink tastes great and is very effective at getting me moving. It's stronger than the canned energy drinks I have had and the effects last longer. It mixes well in a bottle of water and dissolves well.
