Very supportive of back and comfortable for a 220 lb man. The locks on the wheels really hold fast from moving suddenly. Easy assemble, good instructions.

I ordered the chair because I needed something to replace my old chair and to support my bad back. I was kind of amazed of the weight of the box that the chair came in, it was very heavy. Assembly took a little while and putting the arms took some adjustments. Now the chair is very comfortable and does support my back. I also do not feel like I am leaning forward in the chair. I sit back in the chair. It does have an ergo adjustment which I will never use because my back can't take that kind of pressure on it. Now the reason why I gave it only four star rather than five stars. I am 5ft 7in. When I sit in the chair my feet are off the ground by about an inch. My toes have to touch the ground to move around. Also the arms of the chair do not sit under the desk they sit on top of the desk. The chair is big. So if you do not want a big chair, this chair is not for you. UPDATE 10-17-25 - I have found that the wheels on this chair do not move very well especially while on top of a chair mat. They do not turn well and it is very difficult to move around. I'll be switching the wheels that came with the chairs to ball shape wheels. Let everyone know how that goes. UPDATE 10-29-25 - I replaced the wheels with Lifelong Office Chair Wheels Rubber Replacement- 2 Inch Heavy Duty Rolling Chairs Casters. Huge difference. The wheels that come with this chair are not made to roll on chair mats and carpets flooring only hard flooring. So keep that in mind when purchasing this chair.

I have had this chair since January 2025. Initially I would have rated it 4 for comfort, back support & height. However, a few times bolts have popped off where the arm attaches to the chair, but since there are 3 or 4 bolts the arms were still secure. A bit challenging for 2 people to put the chair together, as it took us a couple hours. Had to get a friend to screw in some bolts.

This chair is Another level, this is luxury& comfort, I work from home and my neck is bad, this is Great neck and back support, the arms are adjustable so you can choose the best for you, the chair itself look elegant, great build quality, easy to adjust, wheel roll smooth and super easy to assemble, the quality of the leather high 10 of 10.

I do like this chair but it doesn't have any give in the back. You have to sit straight up you cannot lean back. I probably did not fully read that it doesn't have that capability. Just be aware when you purchase this chair. Other than that it is nice. Not as comfortable as I would like it. Good height, rollability, value, easy to put together.

It's a very comfortable chair, but I didn't read the dimensions correctly. I can't reach the floor. This is perfect for a tall person... I'm 5' 1".

I got 2 of these chairs for our game room. They're very comfortable for sitting for a while. The chair feels sturdy and durable. The wheels are nice. I love the adjustable lumbar support. The cushions feel nice and supportive. I love that the arms flip up. The only thing, for me, is that my feet don't reach the floor on the lowest height if I'm sitting all the way back on the seat cushion so I have to use a foot rest as I'm only 5'3". My husband is over 6' and the chair fits him perfectly.

I would like to update my previous review. My problem is maybe unique to this chair and not a company issue. In fact the company has made a great offer to replace or satisfy me on this issue. the height adjustment is still a problem that will not work for me on this particular one. This chair after complete assembly is crooked. The back rest is higher on one side. It also has an indentation in the headrest from packing that won't come out. It also sits very high, needs to adjust lower to the ground, and I am 5'11" and feet barely touch. Cushion support and material are very nice, but sending it back.
