Slap-Shot II Vaccinator 30 in

So glad I purchased this. Used it on livestock pigs show pig. We couldn’t get the pig to go back in the pig walker to finish its antibiotics once it realized it was getting shots every time. Pig around 200 lbs you can’t easily catch loose in the pen. This allows you the extra second needed to inject the meds before the pig pulls too far away and needle is pulled out. We used penicillin and it does take extra since the tube has to fill up so maybe not a great option for more expensive meds but worked great for us. Took a couple tries to get it down but this literally saved the pigs life. Used it several times for a full round of antibiotics! Was able to clean it after each use pieces come apart easily. Trigger works perfect. Highly recommend.

Our large pigs see a needle and aren’t happy. Using this we can safely administer meds from our vet without having to be in an unsafe position with 600lb hogs like our boar.

Bottom line? This thing’s a lifesaver. Works like a dream, and I finally get to walk out of the pen feeling like I won for once.

This is a must-have in the barn! It made giving IM injections to our swine projects much safer and more convenient. The design helped keep the animal secure and made the process easier for both the handler and the pig. It was definitely a game changer for our projects, and I highly recommend it to anyone raising show pigs or livestock.

This is a game changer! We are in Texas so we get crazy weather changes. Vet will prescribe us medication for the winter, our pigs are prone to getting pneumonia with crazy weather changes like the weather drop from 60° during the day to 30° at night. When you slap the pig with the needle they squeal and move a bit but the kind tube makes it easy for you to give the entire injection. When you have a needle without the slapshot you have to be extremely quick because you don’t have the long tube to give you extra time. This has made our lives so much easier

This product is amazing! We are SO thankful for this. We have swine and vaccinated them ourselves. This gives us such ease of mind for use. They won't jump up and break the needle. I only gave it 4 stars as it is a bit annoying to clean the syringe tube if you've just used a thick medicine in it
