Delicious, fruity not funny aftertaste. A VERY LITTLE goes a VERY LONG WAY!
Perfect. No additives so no funny aftertaste! If anything, slight, pleasant fruity aftertaste. This can help me feeding people with special dietary needs (after they check with their medical professional only). I have many friends who have to watch their sugar and salt intake. I like it better than sugar in my tea! I wish more people knew about it and that it could come down in price so all the people that ended up with diabetes because of the FDA’s mistaken anti-fat campaign, which lead to manufacturers greatly increasing the quantity of sugar to provide taste in their now low fat and no fat options. I wonder how many people suffered from not absorbing much needed fat soluble vitamins during that campaign? Oh well. Monk fruit is definitely the answer for my community!

Aftertaste
Used this for the first time today, and I'll tell you a little goes a long way! The only thing I don't like about this sweetner, the aftertaste. Everything else is fine. It sweetens well, it blends in well with whatever you're making, it's the aftertaste for me... And maybe my pallet is not used to it yet.

Easily dissolvable and monk fruit only.
I like this monk fruit sweetener. You can use it in hot and cold foods and it mixes easily. Also, it doesn’t bother my stomach. Many monk fruit sweeteners add erythritol. This monk fruit sweetener contains only monk fruit.

Doesn’t Bother My Stomach
Sugar-free, chemical sweeteners bothered my stomach so badly and sometimes Stevia does also. My sister suggested Monk Fruit sweetener after she started using it in her baking and it did not give me digestion issues. Monk Fruit is not as sweet as Stevia, so it does require more drops. I only use it when I am traveling, in my coffee or iced tea, so I think it has been wonderful! I will certainly buy more!

No fillers and good as a more "natural" sweetener (can't use stevia, so next best option)
I use this to lightly sweeten coffee and hot/cold tea. I'm highly allergic to stevia (Asteracea family of plants) and am trying to avoid all artificial sweeteners except in a more-often-than-needed (unhealthy) diet soda. This is also "pure" monk fruit" vs with added fillers, so was my choice for health reasons as well. Have tried it as sub for PART of the sugar in homemade (Cuisinart style recipes) ice cream and it worked well - cannot do all monk fruit or will be too hard when frozen. A little bit goes a long way!
