Tastiest raisins, and make the best raisin bread!
I have a few recipes that call for these raisins, but they cost a LOT more than regular raisins! The Sun-Maid brand is my go to because it's worth the price. They are the only really good raisins out there! These golden raisins have a different flavor and texture that makes a swap a no-no! These were a lot cheaper than the ones at my local store, so I'll need to plan ahead when I'm baking so I can get them in my cabinet when I need them!

Golden Raisins Please. . . .
I love raisins, and also the cranberry ones. But these little golden raisins are what usually gets added to muffins, cookies, cakes, fruitcakes, and cereal. They are very fresh, plump, and the golden color adds a bright accent to the food. They are also great right out of the box. I have a raisin crock that holds two boxes and it is always full. Perfect to add to school lunches, or for a treat anytime.

Golden raisins are better!
I would have to say I was never a fan of them. But these Sun-Maid Golden Raisins are sweeter and more moist than regular raisins. Their golden color makes a better-looking presentation in my cookies, breads, and cakes, than those "dark things" I used to pick out of my food as a kid!! Once opened, keep in the refrigerator as a readily available healthy snack!
