If you are thinking of taking a medical auditor certification, this book is very informative! I learned a lot from this book and I use it as a reference. I passed my certification on the first try! Thank you.

When you purchase this book it does not come with an answer key! I had to contact the writer which then said to contact AMA. So I contacted AMA and they told me they couldn't give me the key because i didn't buy it from their site (WOW!!). So I informed them that there are many outlets to purchase this book and nothing was said on any site ...along with their site stating that the book HAD to be purchased from AMA to get the key and free stuff promised with this book. Needless to say they finally emailed me the key and the free print outs that come with the book. I had to argue a couple of times, but after I informed them of this "issue" of them holding the key and that it was FREE so absolutely no cost to them that I need it. ... Good luck everyone!

I'm in PCP trying to implement internal audits in my office. I certainty used the chapter pertinent to medical records and E/M. I found in this book new things that I will implement in my office. Vey helpful. Highly recommended.
