This meeting notebook is sturdy and well made, with organized pages and a durable back pocket for extra items. I found the size just right—not too large—and the color easy on the eyes, with tasteful gold lettering. Whether you attend many meetings or only a few, this versatile notebook serves as a helpful reference, to-do list, and all-in-one organizer.I liked these so much that I bought one for each of my officers to help them get started well. This meeting record has been without a doubt my saving grace several times. It is very nice looking, neat and professional. Each page is one meeting, giving you plenty of space to keep up with things like who attended, the date, the purpose of the meeting, etc. The best thing for me is that I can make a list of things brought up in the meeting that will need follow-up later. This allows me to go back and mark what I've completed or make notes on things that need to be brought up in a later meeting. The pages are nice and thick so no matter what pen/marker I use I don't see much bleed through (still can't use Sharpies, though. Those things bleed through everything!) If you spend any time in meetings, especially if you spend time in meetings that leave you with things to accomplish, this notebook will help you out 100%.It is also great for the "didn't we talk about this?" conversations, because you can flip right to the meeting in question and say "yes we did" or "no we didn't" with absolute confidence.

Love this meeting notebook! The weight of the paper is wonderful and does not bleed. I find the organization of the pages helpful because there is an area to track attendance, date, time, location, follow task and who is responsible, and an area for your notes. The notebook is durable and is still in pristine condition despite the abuse I’ve put it through. The color of the notebook cover is exactly as shown. The pocket on the inside back cover is helpful.

I have a tattoo on my back that says organize…this notebook is amazing. Makes the taking notes and being able to find the action items, clearly detailed at the bottom sold it for me. I bought some for my coworkers. I’m still a take notes on good ole paper just incase the computer isn’t working kind of girl. Thank you for this and for keeping me organized.

Everything is as pictured- size, color, pages. The first page is an index. The rest are meeting notes, printed front and back, with a small plastic pocket in the very back of the book. Paper seems to be decent thickness so ink doesn’t bleed through to the backside. The picture next to the small mead notebook is for size comparison, both about 7x9 inches. Spiral seems sturdy. Front/back cover are cardboard, would’ve preferred plastic. I haven’t really used this yet so we will see how it holds up carried to and from work in a heavy backpack. This color was on sale when I bought it for $7.99, which I was happy with. I saw other colors cost almost double that. More than $10 is a bust in my opinion.
