Really love this machine. The look is super sleek and modern. I got it for my jiu jitsu gym, and although I've only owned it for about two months, it's been a lot of fun to stock and manage. The software makes it really simple to track what's selling, what's just sitting, and how much I'm netting day-to-day. There's a ton of space for beverages or snacks, and the AI hasn't made any mistakes so far in terms of tracking and billing what people are buying from the machine. This was a big concern of mine, because I liked how the buyers can open the door and take what they like, but I didn't know how accurate the detection system would be. I really like how the shelves are adjustable, and you can change the width and number of slots per row, as well as the height and number of rows. The initial set up did take a few hours of fiddling, but I was able to configure it exactly how I wanted it, so I would say it was a few hours well-spent. This was my first time running a vending machine, so I had a lot of questions in the beginning weeks. My contact at HaHa Vending, Gloria, was a huge help in getting me going with the set up, understanding the system, and even gave me a list of suggested products that sell well, organized by where the machine is situated, e.g. if it's in an office, gym, or apartment building, etc. She's been awesome. Shoutout Gloria. I would recommend using their tracking software to not only see what's selling, but to quickly see what products AREN'T selling, and switch them out for something more in-demand. Being in a gym, Gatorade and energy drinks have been big sellers so far, but I've tried a few different drinks in snacks that have been more or less ignored. This is something I'm still actively fine-tuning. Would highly recommend getting this machine, and would buy again. Thanks HaHa :)

Very disappointed - the machine was not cooling at set up and turns out there was a loose wire with the thermostat. It’s actually a bad connection - the slightest movement and the compressor looses power, I positioned it in place just right that the compressor is running for now. But HAHA would not replace the machine or have there service people come out and fix the connection unless it would keep happening. It’s obviously was going to be a long term issue and this is not acceptable for a brand new item that I just made a large investment in. This is my second purchase of this machine. Both time there were multiple issues with the delivery and it made setting up my new account chaotic and frustrating for both my customer and myself. Before this purchase I was happy with the machine for the price but it’s clear now that these aren’t built to stand the test of time. I run a large vending business in California and this was my attempt to try at some of these modern machines. Update: after fighting with them they have agreed to send out a technician. I will update this review after the repair if it’s satisfactory. Overall be aware of the service you atre likely to receive if you have issues.
