Cool, comfy, and long lasting
Love it! Great support for head and neck. Pillow stays cool all night. I used the previous generation of this pillow for 10 years and it’s still a good pillow, but was losing its firmness after 10 years. I expect to get another 10 years from this one.

I love this pillow
Hands down the best pillow I've bought in 5 years. Extremely comfortable. It actually keeps me cool at night and it contours my head perfectly. It's Not to soft and not to firm. My only complaint is the smell. After leaving it out for 24 hours to "off gas" it's completely gone. My tempur pedic Pro-Adapt mattress was the same. So glad I found this pillow. Way better than Purple & easier on my wallet. This may not be the pillow for everyone but I couldn't be happier. No neck pain & i sleep though the night. Thank you Tempur pillow!!

The Goldilocks pillow....just right.
I've been on a quest to find the perfect pillow. I'm coming from an almost 10 year old Tempur-Pedic Symphony pillow...and I have to say the Symphony has been pretty good to me. But it's getting a little beat down at this point and it's time for a replacement. I should also say that I'm about 6'0, 205lbs. side sleeper. I like a high loft. I went to the stores. Tried the Purple Original and Purple Harmony. Original was too firm...Harmony too bouncy. I didn't actually sleep on either one of these...but I just didn't think either was going to work, so I began looking elsewhere. I tried the Saybrook shredded memory foam pillow. Now that one is good...I still have it, and I think I'm gonna keep it. That's a great pillow, love the adjustability....but I do have to fluff it in the middle of the night. The stuffing sort of shifts around on me, and the support it offers at the beginning of the night is not the support it offers in the morning. And it is a bit warm. But overall a great pillow. I'm probably going to keep it as a back up. The shredded foam used on this is top-notch. Nice and squishy. Very uniform. This really is a great pillow. I just don't want to keep fluffing and don't want to have to readjust in the middle of the night. That led me to the Tempur-Pedic Tempur Cloud Cooling Pro Hi. I wanted to love it. It's heavy. It's a solid piece of memory foam. The cooling is legit...like too cold to start. The cooling does not last all night, and by morning I don't feel any cooling what-so-ever. You could maybe flip the pillow, but this thing is heavy, and I have a bad shoulder. The cooling is almost too much though when I first lay down. Frigid. Distracting. It's also firm. Like too firm. It's not all that bad when you first lay your head on it...and then you sink in just a bit...and then it's like the foam around your head is so firm that you can't really move your head around any, if that makes sense. I was waking up with a headache and sore neck. So the whole thing is just a bit too "extra" for me. Maybe a tad too tall. Maybe a tad too cold. Maybe a tad too firm. Now the cover of the Pro...it's awesome. But who really cares about the cover when most people use a pillow case anyway. So that led me to the Tempur-Pedic Tempur Cloud Breeze Cooling. It has a touch less loft than the Pro Hi. It's just a bit softer. I would call the Could Breeze Cooling a medium, and the Cloud Pro a firm. Both are heavy. The cooling with the Could Breeze is legit. Not as cool as the Cloud Pro...but it's noticeable. Gone by morning though. But the Cloud Breeze is the Goldilocks pillow. Just right. High loft...but not too high. Medium firmness...so it's firm...but not too firm. Cooling is legit...but not frigid. I think I found a keeper. I'm about a week into it so far, but I feel comfortable enough that I'm going to like it to write this review. Now the cover for the Cloud Breeze...nothing special. But again...who cares? It's removeable...it's washable...and I always use a pillow case anyway. So the bottom line for me is that the Tempur Clould Breeze Cooling and the Tempur Clould Pro Hi Cooling are very similar pillows...but the Pro is just a bit "extra"...and in my case...extra was too much. Cloud Breeze wins with me. If you are a really big dude...really broad shoulders...and like a high, firm pillow...go with the Pro Hi. If you are a 6'5"...250lb linebacker who sleeps on his side...get the Pro Hi. But for more regular-sized side sleepers, I think the Cloud Breeze is the one to get.

This pillow is all over the place..
So the first thing I researched when choosing this pillow was "what's the difference between Tempur material and memory foam?" Answer: nothing, it's a marketing term for Tempur-Pedic's memory foam. Sure not all memory foam is created equal - that's fine. There are different formulas, qualities, and densities. This pillow is what I would call a medium firm to firm, compared to other memory foams.. yet is somehow rather squishy - I think I know why - and I'll explain further. The thing with memory foam though is it's very ... tempur.. mental... hah! No, seriously. It's very temperature dependent in terms of hot = squish and cold = rock solid. And because memory foams retain heat like no ones business, Tempur-Pedic implemented these giant sheets of gel material over top of their non-ventilated foam (vs where you see ventilated foams that have holes through them to allow them to breathe) on each side of the pillow, to account for heat retention issues. There are a few problems with this approach though. The first, gel will eventually retain heat too - so while you get about 30min-1hr of cool before it starts warming up, it will eventually be warm - and I've woken up in the middle of the night because of that. Which - ok fine, flip the pillow - but the pillow weighs over TEN POUNDS for the king. She chonk. Second, when it's warmer out or in your room, the Tempur material compresses down so basically both gel pads are nearly touching. Third, if you do a test and press your hand into just a block of memory foam or Tempur material, you'll see indents around your fingers as it cradles pressure on anything that pushes back - where as this gel - because it's in sheets - cradles an area of pressure - such as the back of your head, leaving your neck somewhat less supported than I feel it should because it's distributing weight over an area as opposed to directly to a pressure point and being buoyant in less supportive spots. This one is hard to describe but trust me. It's oddly noticeable. And lastly (and this one just happened to me last night and ultimately was the straw that broke the camels back) the gel material is also respondent to temperature, so my room was overly cold as it gets colder out at night - so I literally woke up shivering at one point, pulled my comforter up over my head and slept on it so I had another layer between my head and this pillow's freezing cold gel top, just so I could fall asleep again. So as I said - this pillow is all over the place. It's hard, it's soft, it's hot, it's cold, it's somewhat supportive - but not enough in areas. I will say I did not wake up with a sore neck - but this thing is just not the comfort king you'd expect from such an expensive brand name. And that's why unfortunately, I cannot recommend this.

Actually cooling and super comfortable
I love Tempur-pedic and I was on a hunt for the best pillow and I finally found it! You always see products claiming that they’re cooling and I can actually say this pillow does that when you first lay down it’s cool almost annoyingly so at first and I’m in Florida. Super comfortable. I get a solid nights sleep. Video is between two Tempur-pedic pillows. The one on the right that takes the longest to rise after being pressed is the Tempur-pedic-cloud dual cooling pillow.

This was my holy grail pillow - but newer stock seems to be different.
I'm very particular about pillows. The pillow, even more so than the mattress, absolutely makes or breaks my sleep quality. This pillow won't be for everyone as it has a significantly higher loft than most. I would even admit that it's slightly too high if I choose to sleep on my back (although fantastic for propping yourself up to watch TV). But as a 99% side sleeper with broader shoulders than most folks, most pillows out there just don't keep my neck in alignment. Even when I have tried thicker pillows before, they have usually compressed too much to provide the necessary support. This pillow is the perfect height and compresses just the right amount to keep my head properly supported. It is very comfortable, and a worthy endgame product for side sleepers. I'm also a hot sleeper and can't be doing with gimmicky cooling pillows that feel ice old when you run your hand over them, only to heat up during the night. This is the real deal. I don't know what voodoo prevents it from retaining any heat but it really does stay cool all night and for as long as you wish to lie in the next day. So what's the but? Well, there was one small issue. After about six months, the gel layer on one side started to peel back and stuck onto itself creating a ridge on the surface. I lodged a warranty claim and was swiftly approved for a free replacement. Unfortunately, Tempur charges for shipping on warranty replacements and it does seem somewhat counterintuitive for a customer to incur cost in rectifying a manufacturing defect. That said, they did not ask for the defective pillow to be returned. Given it was a returnless replacement and the original pillow still has plenty of life in it, $18 seems like worthwhile "insurance" against it coming apart down the line once out of warranty. I don't want to be mad, because I love the pillow! 2024 Update: I recently saw this pillow on sale on Amazon and snapped up another as I loved my first one so much. Sadly, like everything else these days, the product seems to have changed for the worse. I still love my original pillow, but the new one goes flat as a pancake. Such a shame, as nothing out there supported my neck as well as the original. The new one requires stacking with something else underneath or being folded to create more loft. The fact you can even fold it so easily as compared to the older ones already tells you something. The foam is simply less dense.

Excelente almohada
Excelente almohada, considero que el precio es muy alto, sin embargo estoy dispuesta a pagar más por productos de calidad. Buena opción para personas que sudan por la noche. Muy recomendable si la encuentran en alguna oferta.

A great night's sleep at last.
It is much better than a regular pillow for getting a good night's sleep.

Love it
It's huge, it's cool, it's supportive. I love the fact the cooling area is huge, if you got hot in one area just switch place and it's cool again, not it's get hot quickly. It's soft at first when you lay on it, as it's compressed, it's getting supportive to where it need support. Also a big plus that is mentioned nowhere, the pillow is super heavy, wherever you decide to put it it will stay there unless you want to move it, never fall off the pillow again. It's pricy, but did I mention it got 5 years warranty?

Great size and very comfortable.
Replaced my pillows with this bigger sized Tempur Pillow. It is really heavy which I did not expect but the material gives firm support yet at the same time feels soft and conforms to my head, neck and shoulders.
