Waiting to see if these have an effect on my hair, so i might adjust this review in 3 -6 months. But essentially, the worst part about this is how unbearably sweet the layer of sugar on the outside is. It doesn't feel like it is needed personally. If it was less sweet I would actually enjoy the taste.

I like the vitamatic vitamin A gummies so much that I got these! But the flavour is not quite right- too much sugar/sweetener and not enough tartness or something ..
