I had my last Samsung phone for a number of years and was alway happy with it but this is just a step closer to perfect with the way technology has moved on. It's taking me a while to get used to it but I already love it. I read a lot on my phone and because of the big screen and ease of holding it's so good. I probably won't use much of the available functions but I'm really happy with my purchase. Thank you

Very stylish phone, replaces my wife's Galaxy Z6 Flip. She's not used all the features yet but so far, this phone is by far the best she's ever had. I would recommend buying a stylus to prevent fingerprints from spoiling both screens. You can buy one for about £13.

Upgrading from the fold 5 (which I've loved) and so far so good. It does appear better and more powerful, as long it is as reliable as the fold 5.

Beware of Samsung repair wording and warranty status. At about 10 months my Samsung fold developed a small area of green flashing pixels of about 2mm. I contacted Amazon and was directed to the Samsung repair centre. The device was collected by DPD and I took photographs as directed by the courier service to show my device in pristine condition. When recieved by the repair centre, I was sent a very confusing email which said that to proceed with repair, I had to pay a £30 inspection fee or the device would be returned to me without repair. I paid the fee thinking my device would be repaired under warranty only to be told that by paying the fee, my device would then be out of warranty. I was then told there was a puncture of the inner screen but there isn't one. If there is one that the naked eye cannot see, it must have been there from manufacture as I have kept the device protected as if it were an egg. There was no damage to be seen. I have not proceeded with repair as it was going to cost nearly £400 and my device is now not classed as being under warranty as they insist a puncture of the screen is present. I am so disappointed and disheartened by the whole process.

Just perfect love it

I've had this phone for 3 months now. I love the concept of this phone and it is versatile. With my aging eyes, as the day wears on, I like being able to have apps on the large screen, so I'm not straining to see. My biggest bugbear with this phone is the camera. It's pretty rubbish at zoom. I moved from an S25 ultra to this and the difference is shocking! I understand the reasoning behind this, but it still surprised me how big a difference there is in quality of shots. The other issue seems to be the screen going off sporadically, especially when rotated. If Samsung sorted out those two things, it might actually be worth the money! Considering the new google fold when I change, as their camera is supposed to be a much better option.

Bought as a gift for my wife, and it earned me brownie points. She absolutely loves the upgrade from a Motorola brick. The duo screen adds the extra benefit of viewing games, web pages, etc in a larger format. The sound quality is much better than on her previous handset, and the camera is of a good standard. Everything you would expect of a Samsung flagship model
