Low cost HW streaming solution
Works fine but documentation is poor and the user interface is not good. But once it is set up and working, it works fine. We have been using it to stream our church worship service for the last 8 weeks without incident. There is no way to easily control the streaming in the UI, so we just plug it in to start streaming and unplug it to stop. Not very elegant but it seems to work OK.I did get a fairly quick response in reasonable English to an email request for some tech help, though, so that helped mitigate the poor documentation and UI.

Worthless P.O.S.!
Followed "instructions" exactly several times, no luck. Verified latest firmware, no luck. Reached out to "customer service" and did it all over again for them, no luck. Sent multiple screenshots confirming all the above, as they required when they eventually replied, still no support. It just won't connect. Laptop connects. Phone connects. Friend's phone and laptop connect. This piece of junk won't connect and customer support is just someone's email address and they just keep asking for the same screenshots over and over again.Less frustrating and more rewarding to just take two hundred dollar bills, light a match and let 'em burn....

Video Quality and Ease of Use
Product worked as expected once I figured out how the rtmp formatting should be entered for Ustream. Was able to figure this out by setting up rtmp stream for YouTube. Plan on possibly purchasing another unit as a spare. This was used for our church live streaming service versus purchasing an updated computer and continuing that way. Way more cost effective and easier to use. May look at getting the multicast decoders and send that signal over to our fellowship hall overflow via ip networking instead of the rf coax we have in place today. It is even an improvement over our pc streaming solution which seemed to impact video quality. Now with this we will be purchasing a broadcast HD camera to take full advantage.

great value and support after the sale!
This is a great value for what you get. At first I thought that it wasn't working but the tech support staff was so great to help me, even on the weekend! What we found out was that my video camera's HDMI output had been turned off in settings, and this box will not broadcast without an active video input signal, which is a great feature!Thanks again to the knowledgeable staff!!

Does its job very well.
I like this encoder since its not as laggy as some of the others. Its a snap to set up through its web Gui... The only downside os its a bit more expensive but if you want fast, you gotta pay so there you go.
