The product works well. Compact size but, does a full size load of laundry. I had a problem with initial delivery of the washer but, the seller made it right . Although I can't connect it to my sink, it was able to Still work.I really love the product.

This clothes dryer is very useful at home. It dries clothes quickly, efficiently, and without any hassle. You don’t have to wait for sunlight or worry about bad weather anymore. It is easy to use and operates fairly quietly. Clothes come out dry, fresh, and without any unpleasant smell. It really helps save time in daily life. Overall, it is a practical and reliable appliance that does its job well. I am satisfied with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for more convenience when drying clothes.

Okay so I’m not sure if im doing something wrong, but it doesn’t seem to matter what I hook the washer up to, it won’t fill the drum at all, and it’s causing my plumbing to leak and make a huge mess. I read the manual 6 times and nothing seems to be working. It gets a trickle of water at best. I can’t dump water into it because it just drains and stay filled. I don’t know what to do with this. It’s stressing me out. I’ve tried anything and everything I can. I live in an apartment with no W/D hook ups and nothing works like people claim it does…I’m out of options. Help would be appreciated

I had my doubts when ordering this washer/dryer set but they work even better than most full size ones Ive had in the past. The washer cleans so amazingly clean with a wash and 3 rinse cycles. It is about the same noise level as a regular size washer but much more compact for small areas and can hook up to a bathroom/kitchen sink. The dryer is silent and a shockingly might powerful little thing. It needs a vent or window but it dries better than my previous full size dryers did. Both can handle all clothes, sheets and throw blankets, but not full size comforters. Highly recommend, will not disappoint, and they both operate on a standard 110 wall outlet.

Both the washer and dryer, are definitely a great addition to my apt. Now I do my laundry in my apt without the hassle of finding my things taken out of the washer or dryer. I never left my clothes longer than 10 minutes at best. I had a timer just for this reason. But ppl were just as rude. At least they weren’t found on the floor. Again, it’s wonderful not using the same washer and dryer everyone used. Who knows what they were using the washer to wash out of their laundry, gross…! It’s just nasty to think about it. Having my own washer and dryer, is such a relief. At least now, I won’t catch anything, ick…!

The washer works well, essentially the same as any other top load washer just with a bit smaller capacity. The dryer is a different story. It does take many hours to dry, with heavier 100% cotton t-shirts taking up to 3hrs to fully dry even with just a few items in it, then come out wrinkled. A 120v dryer just doesn’t seem to cut it by North American standards.

It’s not the biggest and it is plastic… very very plastic BUT! it does the job! It really does work great. I haven’t had any issues yet! It’s been almost a week. the attachment for the hose it came with (the metal attachment) screwed on to my kitchen sink and it’s a quick release so I can use my kitchen sink as I need to.. I also reinforced the back of the washer with “teflon” tape on the back of where the hose screws onto washer, but, it fits great doesn’t leak, pumps out water good (little water left at the bottom of the hose that I have to move the hose and let on the floor to get out last little bit of water but, it works great honestly. it’s not much at the end of each wash. The attachment didn’t fit my shower head hose so I need to get just a size smaller for that one but, it literally works amazing. The dryer , drys my cloths by the end of the wash cycle for the most part. Cleaning the lint trap is a little hard but, it’s not the worst. Just be careful with it. It’s small but, PERFECT for my apartment. It came in one shipment too through fed ex so that was cool. I just want to say how happy I am with this. I can wash all my kids cloths and a pretty big load on level 4 water and code AA for jeans it also has a setting for delicate , wool, jeans , normal, quick, just rise and another one OH! Tub clean! It self cleans also! There’s a filter in the washer you have to take out and clean every few washes but literally this thing if you use it right AND READ THE DIRECTIONS!!! don’t just expect it to be a normal washer and dryer DEFINITELY READ THE DIRECTIONS! And really look at the washer there is a code key on it and if you hold down the program code button it changes the program to whatever you are trying to wash. It washed my California king fitted sheet my regular sheet and my throw blanket all together and it worked GREAT! haven’t done towels yet probably won’t use dryer for the towels or comforter (I’ll take those to the big washer and dryers) and just will just hang dry the towels but it’s GREAT if you have small kids or are potty training kids and need laundry done a lot lol, just don’t over stuff it, be kind gentle with it, it’s a plastic bucket of bolts that will SAVE YOUR LIFE if you treat it right 🥰❤️ good luck!
