So you'll have to make sure it's not connected to a device you don't want to use at that moment.I wish it came with a zoom ability.. but I didn't see any remotes on Amazon that that did. That would be the only suggestion or upgrade I'd like to see with this brand. Hope ya'll find this helpful.

I received the shutterbug today, after only ordering it yesterday. Very fast delivery. I immediately went to the website to watch the simple, but exact instructions on setting it up and using it. Kai explained that it works with both an I-phone and android, which is helpful as I have an android phone. The instructions were perfect and I installed it on my phone in a minute or so. It seems to work perfectly in both video and still photos. I'm happy and recommend this product 100%.

This handy little gadget is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to so some landscape photography with a my iPhone and a tripod. This allows you to remotely press the shutter taking away any movement of the iPhone when you manually press the shutter button on the iPhone. Inexpensive and very easy to pair and operate. It even comes with a spare battery! Awesome!

Connected right up to an iPhone and was able to us within second of unboxing!

I'm putting together a rig to take photos of the moon and planets with a cell phone camera and a pair of huge, high-quality binoculars (before you ask, a binocular rig for astrophotography is much lighter than a telescope). anytime you touch the tripod, phone or binoculars, you will shake the whole rig and screw up the shot. Without this little shutterbug, you have to touch the phone to release the shutter on the camera. No touch, no shake, great picture!

Battery life is poor and when low will flash its blue LED but not pair anymore with phone. A flashing pattern to indicate a low battery would have been very helpful. Battery compartment was poorly designed and no easy way to remove battery Xenvo product video says tap with your hand to remove- but good luck with that- doesn't work. Too bad- when it does work is very handy.
