NordVPN Basic, 10 Devices, 6-Month, Premium VPN Software [Amazon Subscription]

Does exactly as it says it does. Easy install and works well.

Save the 1 hour+ in chat and on the phone with Amazon and pay the extra $2 to purchase through NordVPN directly. Their product is great, just not great purchasing through Amazon. Unfortunately, there is no way to activate the 1-month Basic OR Standard subscription. Was able to purchase and activate in November 2025 but not able to now (March 2026). Purchased Standard edition, not able to activate, Amazon tried to troubleshoot, refunded and suggested I try the Basic edition. Purchased the Basic edition, same problem, Amazon tried to troubleshoot, ended up telling me to wait until at least four hours and try again. Tried again after 11 hours and received the same error message. Amazon tried to troubleshoot again and told me I needed to talk to NordVPN. Activation is through Amazon, so not sure how NordVPN would be able to fix the Amazon system problem. Plus NordVPN does not offer phone support. Amazon ended up refunding and I will buy direct from Nord VPN.

Good, cheaper to buy yearly, by a lot.

This is a highly recommended VPN. I put it on my iPhone and Mac mini. I thought it was fine. Then I tried to purchase a fast food item and my Apple Pay was declined. No matter what card I used, it would be declined. Later I tried a purchase on my Mac and the same result. THERE IS NOTHING IN THEIR HELP ABOUT THIS ! So, I reached out to their chat ! Yep, one of those AI bots with a totally impractical suggestion ( try another device ). OK ... on a device without NORD, no problem. With NORD, it fails. Then I get into a chat with a real person. Yep, same scripted response. Once I removed NORD from the phone, it all works again. This comes down to one basic conclusion: If it fails when Nord is on the phone, works when it's not, the problem exists with Nord. Unfortunately getting that subscription was "money down the drain". I get using a VPN to avoid unsavory people seeking to take advantage of you, but not if you lose the ability to handle daily work.

Watch for fine print on self renewal. This product will renew every month. NordVPN will share your data. No way to say no to that. Find another one

I paid and have not received the service. Customer service from nord is horrible and not responding with any real resolution. It's been 24 hours and still no service .They are blaming Amazon
