I bought these for baking and it is a miracle that I am able to do so since everyone in the house seems to nibble on them here and there. They are easy to bake with, melt quickly, have a wonderful taste and if you manage to hide them somewhere in the fridge where your family won't find them, they will keep quite well for several weeks. I've actually hidden several in the back of the freezer and then baked with them and the taste was still of the same high quality. Good price for a great chocolate.

Use for chocolate syrup chocolate ganache and chocolate brownies. I would have given five stars except it is a bit pricey. Would buy again however.

Ghiardelli chocolate is one of the best chocolates, no matter what I am baking or candy I need to make, it always provides delicious results. 6 bars of premium chocolate!! i use this chocolate for shavings on my desserts. Cost wise through Amazon it is a great deal! I have purchased this many times through amazon and it is always carefully packaged
